Terms of Service

Paid and Subscription Users: Users who hold an active paid subscription or have purchased credits own the full copyright and intellectual property rights to the videos they generate.

Trial or Free Plans: For videos generated under free or trial plans, the ownership remains with VO3 AI. Users may use such videos for evaluation and non-commercial purposes only.

Violations or Disputes: If a user generates prohibited content (e.g., adult, violent, or illegal material) or initiates an unauthorized payment dispute, VO3 AI reserves the right to remove the content, suspend the account, and reclaim all related ownership rights.

VO3 AI allows all paid subscribers to set their videos as public or private.

Public Videos: May be featured in VO3 AI's promotional showcases or discovery pages to highlight creative work, unless the user opts out.

Private Videos: Remain strictly confidential and will not be accessed, displayed, or used by VO3 AI in any form—unless the content violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws.

For Subscriptions Purchased Before September 2, 2025:

• Monthly credits accumulate with a maximum cap of 6 months' worth
• Credit caps by plan: Basic (150), Pro (480), Max (1,050), Studio (1,800)
• On your subscription anniversary (1 year), accumulated credits will reset to the monthly credit amount
• Once the cap is reached, no additional monthly credits will be issued until credits are used

For Subscriptions Purchased After September 2, 2025:

• Monthly credits are reset to a fixed amount each month (no accumulation)
• Any unused credits from the previous month will be overwritten

Credit Distribution Schedule:

• Credits are distributed monthly based on your subscription purchase date
• For subscriptions purchased on the 29th-31st, credits will be issued on the last day of shorter months
