At VO3 AI, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our AI video generation services. This policy outlines our terms and conditions for subscription plan changes and refunds.
Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds for subscription purchases under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Usage must be within limits:
- Basic Plan: Maximum 8 successfully generated videos
- Pro Plan: Maximum 15 successfully generated videos
- Ultra Plan: Maximum 25 successfully generated videos
- Must provide complete refund request information via email
- No previous refund requests on this account within 12 months
- Processing fees (3%) will be deducted from the refund amount
- Technical failures do not count toward usage limits
Credit Pack Purchases
Small Credit Packs (50 videos or fewer)
- Refundable within 48 hours of purchase if completely unused
- Must provide complete refund request information via email
- No previous refund requests in the past 12 months
- Processing fees (3%) will be deducted from refund amount
Large Credit Packs (More than 50 videos)
Credit purchases are non-refundable. Please carefully consider your credit needs before making a purchase.
Technical Issues and Quality Concerns
Technical Failures
If you experience technical issues such as:
- Server errors during generation
- Corrupted or blank video outputs
- System maintenance interruptions
We will provide free regeneration or credit restoration. These incidents do not count toward your usage limits for refund eligibility.
Quality Concerns
- Each user receives 3 free regeneration attempts per month for unsatisfactory results
- After using free regenerations, refund requests are subject to usage limits above
- Users may request refunds within usage limits if quality concerns persist
Subscription Plan Changes
If you have accidentally purchased an annual subscription plan instead of a monthly plan, we offer the following accommodation:
- We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan
- One month of subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Large credit pack purchases (more than 50 videos)
- Any credit packs with consumed credits (even 1 video generated)
- Subscription time that has already passed
- Processing fees
- Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window
- Subscriptions exceeding usage limits specified above
- Second or subsequent refund requests (lifetime limit: 1 per account)
- Refund requests not submitted via email to contact@vo3ai.com
Refund Process
Important: Email requests for refunds will not be processed. You must use our official refund application system.
To request a refund for eligible items, please:
1. Complete Online Application
Visit our refund portal and fill out the application form (5-8 questions about your experience and reason for refund)
2. Provide Required Information
- Your account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
3. Processing Timeline
- Application review: 7-10 business days
- Final processing: 5-7 business days
- Total processing time: 12-17 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Anti-Abuse Policy
To maintain fair service for all users:
- Maximum 1 refund request per account per 12-month period
- Multiple refund attempts from the same user may result in account restrictions
- Suspected abuse of refund policy may result in account review

We reserve the right to update our Refund Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
