Refund Policy

At VO3 AI, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our AI video generation services. This policy outlines our terms and conditions for subscription plan changes and refunds.

Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds for subscription purchases under the following conditions:

    • Basic Plan: Maximum 5 successfully generated videos
    • Pro Plan: Maximum 12 successfully generated videos
    • Ultra Plan: Maximum 20 successfully generated videos
  • 3Must provide complete refund request information via email
  • 4No previous refund requests on this account within 12 months
  • !Processing fees (3%) will be deducted from the refund amount
  • NOTETechnical failures do not count toward usage limits

Credit Pack Purchases

Small Credit Packs (50 credits or fewer)

  • Refundable within 48 hours of purchase if completely unused
  • Must provide complete refund request information via email
  • No previous refund requests in the past 12 months
  • Processing fees (3%) will be deducted from refund amount

Large Credit Packs (More than 50 credits)

Credit purchases are non-refundable. Please carefully consider your credit needs before making a purchase.

Technical Issues and Quality Concerns

Technical Failures

If you experience technical issues such as:

  • Server errors during generation
  • Corrupted or blank video outputs
  • System maintenance interruptions

Resolution: We will provide free regeneration or credit restoration. These incidents do not count toward your usage limits for refund eligibility.

Quality Concerns

  • 3Each user receives 3 free regeneration attempts per month for unsatisfactory results
  • After using free regenerations, refund requests are subject to usage limits above
  • Users may request refunds within usage limits if quality concerns persist

Subscription Plan Changes

If you have accidentally purchased an annual subscription plan instead of a monthly plan, we offer the following accommodation:

  • We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan
  • One month of subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Large credit pack purchases (more than 50 credits)
  • Any credit packs with consumed credits (even 1 video generated)
  • Subscription time that has already passed
  • Processing fees
  • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window
  • Subscriptions exceeding usage limits specified above
  • Second or subsequent refund requests (lifetime limit: 1 per account)
  • Refund requests not submitted via email to contact@vo3ai.com

To request a refund for eligible items, please:

Visit our refund portal and fill out the application form (5-8 questions about your experience and reason for refund)

2. Provide Required Information

  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

3. Processing Timeline

  • Application review: 7-10 business days
  • Final processing: 5-7 business days
  • Total processing time: 12-17 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Anti-Abuse Policy

Important: Important: Abuse of our refund system will result in permanent account suspension and payment method restrictions.

Important Notice on Disputes & Abuse

We are committed to resolving all refund issues fairly and promptly through our official process. Most users receive their refund decision within 7–10 business days without the need for any third-party disputes.

We kindly ask all users to use our official refund request process rather than opening a dispute with payment providers. Disputes cause unnecessary delays, additional fees, and negatively impact all users.

If you are not satisfied, we're happy to help – simply submit a refund request or email us within 7 days of purchase.

Any user who initiates a payment dispute after using the service (consuming credits) may be subject to:

  • Immediate account suspension and permanent ban
  • Loss of all remaining credits and subscriptions
  • Submission of abuse records to global fraud prevention networks and digital identity verification systems
  • Legal action, if deemed necessary, to recover losses and prevent future abuse

🔒 To prevent misuse, each user is limited to purchasing no more than $500 USD of credit packages within any 30-day period, unless pre-approved for enterprise use.

This limit applies to both personal and business use. Attempting to bypass purchase limits via multiple accounts or identities will be considered fraud and subject to enforcement action.

By using VO3 AI, you agree to these terms.

To maintain fair service for all users:

  • Maximum 1 refund request per account per 12-month period
  • Multiple refund attempts from the same user may result in account restrictions
  • Suspected abuse of refund policy may result in account review

Permanent Account Suspension for Abuse

Users who abuse our refund system through repeated disputes, fraudulent claims, or excessive refund requests will face permanent account suspension including:

  • Immediate and permanent account closure
  • Email address blacklisting across all VO3 AI services
  • Payment method fingerprinting and blocking (credit cards, PayPal, etc.)
  • Device and browser fingerprint blocking
  • IP address monitoring and potential blocking

In severe cases, VO3 AI reserves the right to:

  • Share abuse and fraud data with third-party anti-fraud platforms, merchant blacklists, and payment verification services (including Stripe Radar, PayPal Resolution Center, and others)
  • Submit chargeback abuse records to global trust & safety networks used by major SaaS vendors and payment gateways

Suspended users may still submit a final refund request for their current subscription or unused credits. We will process legitimate refund requests promptly, typically within 3-5 business days.
