Video Privacy Controls

VO3 AI provides paid subscribers with granular control over the visibility and privacy of their generated videos.

Public Videos: When you choose to make a video public, it may be featured in our promotional showcases, discovery pages, or galleries to highlight creative work. You can opt out of promotional usage at any time by changing your video settings to private.

Private Videos: Videos marked as private remain strictly confidential. We will not access, display, share, or use your private videos in any form for promotional or any other purposes—unless the content violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws, in which case we reserve the right to review for compliance.

Data Retention and Plan Expiry

Your generated videos and associated metadata are retained even after your subscription plan expires. You maintain access to and ownership of all videos created during your active subscription period.

After plan expiry, your ability to generate new videos will be limited based on your account type, but all previously generated content remains accessible to you. Videos will only be deleted if you explicitly request deletion through your account settings or if required by law.

You may request deletion of your videos and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or compliance purposes.
