LTX 2.3 is talked about for its layered merge approach to image-to-video:

Open-source I2V pipelines usually hand you a silent clip and leave scoring to you. On VO3,
Veo 3.1 and Gemini Omni can generate dialogue, ambience and sound effects with the picture, so the clip is postable straight out of the render.
Resolution Up to 4K
Local generation is capped by your VRAM long before it is capped by the model.
Hosted rendering removes that ceiling: pick 720p for drafts and 1080p or 4K for the delivery cut without renting a bigger card.

How to Animate an Image Without a Local Install
Decide: Local LTX or Hosted
If you want to fine-tune, run offline, or build LTX 2.3 into your own node graph, install it locally — that is the correct tool for that job. If you mainly need finished image-to-video clips today, skip the setup and open VO3 in a browser.
Upload Your Source Image
Drop in the frame you want animated: a product photo, a logo, an illustration, a character design or a still from an earlier shot. This frame anchors composition, colour and identity for the whole clip.
Describe the Motion, Not the Picture
The image already carries the look, so spend the prompt on movement: camera behaviour, subject action, pacing, what must stay locked. "Static camera, only the steam rises" beats three sentences re-describing what is already visible.
Pick a Model and Resolution
Choose the engine and output size for the job — a fast model at 720p for motion tests, a premium model at 1080p or 4K for the version that ships. Credits are charged per render so drafts stay cheap.
Render, Review, Download
Generate, watch it back, tweak the motion line and re-run if needed. Download the MP4 for your edit, your ad account or your social scheduler — commercial use included on paid plans.
